Manufacturing Processes
We operate the following processes in-house:
- Forging — open-die and closed-die for flanges, blanks, custom items up to 50 tons
- Forging & pressing — for non-standard and large-diameter forgings
- Mid-frequency pushing — for elbows and bends (mass production)
- Hot extrusion — for elbows, tees, and concentric / eccentric reducers
- Cold forming — for thin-wall and small-bore items
- Machining — CNC lathes, milling, drilling for flanges and end-prep
- Heat treatment — normalising, normalising+tempering, quench+tempering, solution annealing, PWHT
- Submerged arc welding — for welded fittings (longitudinal seams in welded elbows)
