What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

For standard A234 WPB / A105 items: no strict MOQ, but for cost-effective shipping we recommend at least 1 metric ton mixed per order. For alloy / stainless / duplex grades, MOQ is typically 1-3 tons per heat depending on grade.

Do you provide free samples?

For established RFQ projects: yes, free samples up to 5 kg with buyer paying air freight. For first-contact buyers: paid samples (cost + freight); cost is credited against the first formal order.

How do I get a quotation?

Send your specifications via the inquiry form or email haihaojituan@163.com. Standard reply: within 4 business hours. Required info: standard (ASTM/ASME/MSS/EN), grade (e.g. WPB / WP22 / 304L), dimensions (DN, schedule, R), quantity, target Incoterm + port.

What standards do you manufacture to?

ASTM (A234 / A403 / A420 / A105 / A350 / A860), ASME (B16.9 / B16.5 / B16.47 / B16.11 / B16.28), MSS (SP-25 / SP-43 / SP-75 / SP-83), EN (10253 / 10222 / 1092-1), JIS (B2220 / B2312), GB / DIN equivalents on request.

Can you do NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour service?

Yes — with hardness ≤ 187 HBW for A105 / A234, normalised heat treatment, full hardness mapping per heat. HIC-tested per NACE TM0284 (CLR ≤ 15% / CTR ≤ 5% / CSR ≤ 2%) on plate-derived items.

What about PED 2014/68/EU compliance?

We hold PED material approval for common grades (P235GH / P265GH / P355NH); fittings supplied to EU PED Cat I-III with EN 10204 3.1 MTC.

PED Cat I-II — supplied under AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 / Module A / A1 (manufacturer's declaration of conformity).
PED Cat III-IV — requires Module B + D / B + F / G / H involvement of a recognised Notified Body (we work routinely with TÜV Rheinland (NB 0035) and Bureau Veritas (NB 0062); other NBs accommodated on buyer's request).
PED Article 4.3 ("sound engineering practice") — applies to lower-risk equipment and CE marking is not permitted; we declare 4.3 compliance on the MTC where applicable.
Material 3.1 / 3.2 certification is mandatory for pressure-bearing parts; we provide PED-style appendix listing harmonised standard, design temperature/pressure, and CE-mark category on every PED order.

Do you support regional certifications (SASO / SABER / IBR / PSI)?

Yes — common regional approvals we have supported:

Saudi Arabia — SASO / SABER: we register the shipment on the SABER platform and arrange the Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) + Shipment CoC through accredited bodies (SGS / TÜV / Intertek). Lead time 5-10 working days.
Iraq — VOC (Verification of Conformity): pre-shipment inspection by a Conformity Assessment Body (Bureau Veritas / SGS / Intertek IDS) with CoC issued before the goods leave China.
India — IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations): for boiler-grade pipe fittings, IBR Form III-C / III-D issued under an IBR-approved Inspecting Authority (Lloyd's / IRS / TÜV India). Our P11 / P22 / P91 grades are routinely IBR-stamped.
Pakistan — PSI / PSQCA: pre-shipment inspection by a recognised PSI agency arranged on the buyer's behalf.
Algeria — COC (Algerian COC), Egypt — GOEIC, Kenya — PVoC, Nigeria — SONCAP: arranged through Bureau Veritas / SGS / Intertek case-by-case.

Buyer pays the third-party certification fees; we provide the technical file, MTC, and factory access for the audit.

Quality & Certification

What MTC do you provide?

EN 10204 type 3.1 (issued by our QA, organizationally independent of production) is included as standard. Type 3.2 (countersigned by SGS / BV / TÜV / DNV / Lloyd's / Intertek) available at additional cost.

Do you accept third-party inspection?

Yes — we have ongoing relationships with SGS, BV, TÜV Rheinland, DNV, Lloyd's, and Intertek. Buyer schedules and pays the agency directly; we accommodate witness inspection at any production stage.

What certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001:2000 (since 2002), ABS Type Approval for flanges and pipe fittings (since 2008), Safety Registration Enterprise for pressure pipe fittings.

Logistics & Payment

What payment terms do you accept?

Default: 30% T/T advance + 70% against B/L copy. For orders > USD 50,000: irrevocable L/C at sight. Established buyers (≥ 3 successful orders): D/P 30 days available.

Which Incoterms?

FOB Tianjin / FOB Shanghai (default), CFR / CIF / DAP / DDP / EXW all available.

Lead time?

Standard A234 WPB items: 2-4 weeks. Alloy steels: 6-10 weeks. Stainless / duplex: 6-12 weeks. Inconel / Hastelloy: 8-14 weeks.

How do you pack for sea freight?

Wooden crates (ISPM-15 fumigated stamp), plastic end caps, VCI paper for stainless, desiccant bags, container loading plan with photos.
