Our History

1982 — Founded

Hebei Haihao Group Huadian High Pressure Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. was founded in Donglin, Mengcun County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. Initial production: small-bore carbon-steel buttweld fittings to GB and DIN standards for the domestic Chinese market.

1990s — Capacity Expansion

Through the 1990s the production base grew from a single workshop to multiple production lines. Capability extended into hot extrusion, mid-frequency pushing, and submerged-arc welding.

1999 — First ISO Certificate

ISO 9002 quality management system certificate obtained — the foundation of the formal quality management system that continues today.

2002 — ISO 9001:2000

Upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 certification — recognized internationally and a prerequisite for export to most regulated markets.

2008 — ABS Type Approval

American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Type Approval obtained for flanges and pipe fittings — opening the marine, offshore, and oil & gas international markets.

2010s — International Expansion

International sales scaled across:

  • Middle East EPC contractors (Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, QatarEnergy supply chains)
  • Southeast Asia LNG terminals (Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam)
  • South Asia gas distribution (India, Pakistan)
  • Africa oil & gas (Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria)
  • Latin America petrochemical (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina)

2020 — Capacity Milestone

Production base reaches 580,000 m² total facility area with 180,000 m² building area, 20 production lines, and 100,000 tons / year nameplate capacity.

2024 — Workforce

Total workforce reaches 660 employees, including:

  • 26 engineers
  • 48 assistant engineers
  • 68 technicians
  • Production, QA, NDT, sales, and administration teams

2026 — Today

We continue to invest in:

  • Materials: expanding alloy capability (Inconel / Hastelloy / Monel / titanium / 9% Ni cryogenic)
  • Standards: maintaining ASME / ASTM / MSS / EN / JIS / NACE compliance current with each new edition
  • Documentation: full digital traceability for every heat number across the production lifecycle
